Adam Taubenfligel, the creative director of Triarchy, practices Transcendental Meditation. Transcendental Meditation is a mantra-centric exercise done for twenty minutes, twice a day. This practice helps Adam look after his mental health and give himself a sense of elective sobriety.

When the pandemic hit, Trish Ewanika’s fashion business was heavily affected, and it took a toll on her mental health. One of the best things that helped her cope with the situation was reading. One of the novels she read was “The Leopard,” written by Giuseppe Di Lampedusa. She has also read a few novels by Natalia Ginzburg.

A New York-based businesswoman, Lauren Chan, said she started taking therapy sessions around the time she launched her company, Henning. She said she has decided to do it because she was very stressed out, and she felt like as a business person, she must keep herself healthy and continue running her business.
